Yamaha DT125 2001 in Gorleston, Norfolk for sale
2001 Dt125r for sale. I have owned this bike for the last 16 years and have used it on and off. It has 23,700 miles on the clock. At 19,000 miles it had the topend rebuilt, piston kit replaced and top gaskets done with parts from yambits and the spark plu and cap replaced. MOT has no advisories and is valid till end of May 2018. It is mechanical sound with amazing accelation and plenty of life left however there is quite a bit of surface rust on swingarm, the wheels and a little on the frame and handle bars. I had hoped to sort this out and fully restore it but i simply dont have the time and sadly i need to sell it. If you are looking to buy a Mint Dt125r this is Not the bike for you, however if you want a fast road legal, Classic Dt125r with fairly low mileage and have the time to restore the body work etc yourself then it may be. It could probably also do with a service. I've never used it off road so it has Continental road tyres. Im looking to sell it for around £1200 with an Oxford Boss Alarm lock which cost about £70, DT125 haynes manual and an oxford chain. Your welcome to a helmet and gloves with it although they probably want a good clean and are a bit tatty. Im sad to see this bike go. Its great fun, has great acceleration and i love riding it but i'm moving away and i don't have the time to restore it myself so i have to finally sell it. Sold as seen, cash on collection.
